TalentWorld Recognized Among Canada’s Best Recruiting and Temporary Staffing Firms 2025

We are thrilled to announce that TalentWorld has been recognized on not one, but two of Forbes’ inaugural lists of Canada’s Best Recruiting and Temporary Staffing Firms for 2025. We have been named among Canada’s Best Professional and Specialist Search Firms, which highlights top firms placing professionals in permanent roles, and among Canada’s Best Temporary Staffing Firms, which recognizes firms providing exceptional temporary and contract staffing solutions. Being honoured in both categories reflects our dedication to serving diverse talent needs whether its helping candidates secure meaningful permanent roles or supporting businesses with agile temporary staffing solutions.

This recognition, awarded in collaboration with Statista, the world-leading statistics portal and industry ranking provider, is a testament to the hard work, dedication, and expertise of our entire team. The prestigious list was officially published on July 22, 2025, and can be viewed on the Forbes website.

What This Recognition Means

The Forbes and Statista awards represent one of the most comprehensive evaluations of Canada’s staffing and recruiting landscape to date. The list is divided into three categories:

  1. Executive Search – Firms that place leaders in roles earning over CAD 100,000 annually.
  2. Professional and Specialist Search – Firms that place professionals in permanent roles earning up to CAD 100,000.
  3. Temporary Staffing – Firms providing temporary workers and contract positions, excluding interim management.

TalentWorld was selected for both the Professional and Specialist Search and the Temporary Staffing categories, reinforcing our commitment to helping candidates find meaningful employment opportunities while partnering with organizations to build high-performing teams.

How the Ranking Was Created

This recognition was based on a rigorous, data-driven methodology:

  • More than 27,000 invitations were sent to recruiters, HR professionals, hiring managers, and candidates across Canada.
  • Over 15,850 participants responded, sharing their evaluations and experiences with recruiting and staffing firms.
  • The process included direct recommendations, ratings on satisfaction across various service dimensions, and additional performance indicators such as revenue and client engagement.
  • Recommendations for one’s own firm were excluded to ensure objectivity.

In total, 120 companies were recognized in the Professional and Specialist Search category, and another 120 were awarded in the Temporary Staffing category. We are proud to be included in both groups, standing alongside an elite selection of firms that are setting the standard for recruiting and staffing excellence in Canada.

The TalentWorld Story: A Journey of Growth and Commitment

Our journey to this recognition is rooted in a history of growth, strategic partnerships, and an unwavering commitment to quality:

  • 2013 – TalentWorld’s story began as Staffing Services by GardaWorld, launched to meet a market opportunity for high-quality staffing services in Quebec. We quickly expanded by acquiring Hélène Roy Staffing, a top Quebec-based employment agency with nearly two decades of experience.
  • 2019 – We grew again through the acquisition of The Bagg Group, one of the most respected staffing agencies in the Greater Toronto Area, founded in 1971. That same year, The Bagg Group also acquired Turn Key Staffing Solutions, further strengthening our presence in Ontario.
  • 2020 – As our services and approach evolved, it became clear we were more than just a staffing division. The TalentWorld brand was officially launched, establishing our identity as a trusted partner for both permanent and temporary recruitment services across Canada. This brand unites all of our values, relentless commitment, active curiosity, radical honesty and rigour and adaptability into one cohesive story.
  • Since then, TalentWorld has been actively connecting top talent with great organizations across Canada, making thousands of placements and continuing to build meaningful partnerships with both candidates and clients, always focusing on the human side of recruitment.

Putting People First: The TalentWorld Difference

At TalentWorld, we pride ourselves on putting relationships before transactions. Our recruiters build real partnerships with both clients and candidates, taking the time to understand the unique needs of each business and the career aspirations of every job seeker.

We are known for:

  • Providing businesses with agile, people-focused staffing solutions that drive success.
  • Maintaining lasting relationships with our clients and associates, built on trust and respect.

This award reflects the depth of care, professionalism, and dedication that goes into every placement we make.

Looking Ahead

This recognition by Forbes and Statista is a milestone in TalentWorld’s story, but it is only the beginning. We will continue to innovate, expand, and provide exceptional staffing and recruitment services across Canada.

To our clients, candidates, and team: thank you for trusting us to be part of your journey!
