A national retailer with over 1,400 stores across Canada turned to TalentWorld to support growing demand at its distribution centre. With order volumes increasing and service areas expanding, the client needed to scale its workforce quickly.

TalentWorld responded with a flexible staffing solution that included the addition of an on-site supervisor to manage day-to-day operations and reduce the client’s management burden. Starting with weekly recruitment of up to 10 temporary associates, the workforce was scaled strategically to align with the client’s operational targets.
