What makes us stand out?

We set up candidates for success.

Client: Multinational Retail Company

Role(s): Customer Service Representatives

The start of COVID was challenging for all. So, when our client asked us to find great candidates to help implement social distancing guidelines for 23 of their stores across Ontario on a Friday afternoon, we rolled up our sleeves and got to work.

Our team worked into the night to make sure that people were hired, onboarded and ready to start the next morning.  As a team, we pulled together and staffed 100 people all at the start of a global pandemic. We were so successful in finding the right people that we became the preferred vendor from a group of three agencies.

We know resumes don’t tell the whole story.

Client: Public Transit Agency

Role(s): Outdoor Customer Service Representatives

As lockdowns eased, our client had an immediate need for Customer Service Reps that could work 12-hour shifts. Because of our longstanding relationship with this client (1000s of roles over the years!), they knew that they could trust us to provide what they needed, whenever they needed it. With no delays.

Our recruitment experts quickly built a roster of talent they had already received training and that we had worked with in the past. These people had a customer service background and the right personality traits to be fit for this job. We were responsible for hiring, onboarding, and scheduling this workforce, ensuring that our clients shifts were filled 100% of the time.

We can hire for any number of days, no matter how short.

Client: Regulatory Body

Role(s): Exam Proctors

Gearing up for the annual exam period to earn their professional designation, this client had the problem of reorganizing the way their exam is taken in the wake of the pandemic. Instead of hosting in large banquet halls that required only a few support staff, this client had to rent out hotel rooms for each student and hire significantly more staff to support.

Nevertheless, our team was able to hire about 300 candidates across the country and train them in the proctoring technology to help aid the students in their test taking journey. With TalentWorld’s superb skills at marketing the job offers, we had many candidates apply for the job despite this being only a three-day assignment.
