TalentWorld is hiring a Service Drive Thru Attendant on behalf of one of our valued clients. This is a full-time position ideal for someone with a passion for the automotive industry and excellent customer service skills. The successful candidate will be responsible for receiving and inspecting customer vehicles, organizing the service lot, preparing vehicles for delivery, and assisting with shuttle services. Service Drive Thru Attendant Responsibilities:-
- Receive, inspect, and check in customer vehicles upon arrival, documenting vehicle condition and any visible damage.
- Securely park vehicles in designated areas and maintain an organized, clean service lot.
- Assist in preparing vehicles for customer delivery, ensuring cleanliness and readiness.
- Support shuttle service operations, including pick-up and drop-off of customers as needed.
- Safely store and manage vehicle keys and maintain proper key tracking protocols.
- Communicate customer concerns clearly and promptly to the appropriate service staff.
Service Drive Thru Attendant Qualifications:-
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Valid Ontario G driver’s license with a minimum of 3 years driving experience and a clean driving record.
- Experience operating both automatic and manual transmission vehicles.
- Strong attention to detail with good organizational and time management skills.
- Previous experience in automotive services or vehicle detailing is an asset.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and a customer-focused attitude.
Employment Details:-
- Work Type: 1 year contract
- Salary: $18/hour
- Work Model: Onsite Monday – Friday, Weekends if needed.
