- Assemble products and components from blueprints and work orders.
- Operate hand tools and basic assembly equipment safely.
- Perform quality checks on your work to ensure it meets standards.
- Keep your workstation and warehouse area clean and organized.
- Meet daily production goals in our fast-paced team environment.
- Follow all safety protocols and report issues immediately.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; technical degree is a plus.
- 1–2 years of experience in assembly, manufacturing, warehouse, construction, or carpentry roles.
- Forklift certification and familiarity with WMS or inventory software are a plus.
- Ability to read blueprints and work orders.
- Strong team player with a keen eye for detail and a commitment to safety.
- Physically able to stand, walk, and handle materials for a full shift; able to lift to 50 lbs unassisted.
- Able to provide 2 professional references.
- Able to pass a background check.
- Able to have steel-toe boots.
- Able to start immediately (next business day).
- Class G license and own transportation are a plus.
- Able to choose either morning or afternoon shifts: Day Shift: Monday–Thursday: 6:00 AM – 4:00 PM; Friday: overtime mandatory (6:00 AM until complete) — $18.55/HR or Afternoon Shift: Monday–Friday: 4:30 PM – 12:30 AM — $19.00/HR
