- The typical hiring range for this Ontario-based position is $23–$26 per hour, with the final rate determined by your knowledge, skills, and competencies, and opportunities for growth after you join.

- Coordinate all inbound and outbound domestic and international shipments.
- Prepare products for shipping: pull, package, label, and stage orders accurately.
- Load and unload delivery trucks safely and efficiently.
- Verify received goods and completed all shipping/receiving documentation.
- Maintain precise inventory and transaction records using our ERP system (Epicor).
- Perform daily forklift checks and operate equipment as needed.
- Uphold strict safety standards and keep the warehouse clean and organized.
- Collaborate with the team and act as a backup material handler when required.
Shipping/Receiving Specialist Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in a shipping/receiving or warehouse role
- Experience with international freight forwarding and liaising with customs is a strong advantage
- Solid understanding of domestic FTL/LTL freight and shipping procedures
- Proficiency with ERP systems (Epicor preferred) and Microsoft Office
- Valid forklift certification preferred
- Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational skills
- Ability to lift to 50 lbs
- Ability to work from Monday to Friday from 7:30 AM to 4:30 PM,
- Must have a Class G license and own transportation
- Able to pass a background check and provide professional references
- Able to start immediately
