Maintenance Technician - Temp - Perm

Maintenance Technician – Pharmaceutical Warehouse (Mississauga, ON)
Shifts: Afternoon (3:00 PM – 11:15 PM) or Midnight (11:00 PM – 7:15 AM)
Pay: $27–$30/hour (based on experience)

About the Role:
We’re seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to support maintenance, repair, and calibration of process and utility equipment in our pharmaceutical facility. You’ll ensure all systems operate safely and efficiently, perform preventive maintenance, and assist with facility projects and audits.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain and repair all plant equipment and utilities

• Complete daily site utility checks and maintenance records

• Perform scheduled calibrations and preventive maintenance

• Support contractors and maintenance projects

• Identify improvement opportunities and minimize equipment downtime

• Assist with audits, CAPAs, and SOP updates

• Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards

Qualifications:

• Certification or Diploma in Mechanical, Electrical, Instrumentation, or related Engineering discipline

• Minimum 3 years of hands-on maintenance experience

• Ability to read electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic schematics

• Experience with CMMS and industrial maintenance in regulated environments preferred

• Strong communication, organization, and teamwork skills

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
