- Permanent full-time position – 40 hours per week
- Salary starting at $50K, depending on experience

- Supervise daily parking operations (access, traffic flow, signage, cleanliness, compliance)
- Ensure the proper functioning of technological solutions
- Identify and quickly resolve on-site operational issues
- Conduct regular inspections and prepare reports
- Recruit, train, coach, and evaluate a team
- Escalate issues, needs, and opportunities
- Communication in French and English
- Experience in field supervision
- Comfortable with new technologies
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Autonomous, team-oriented, with good priority management
