TalentWorlds client located in Windsor is looking for a Main Gate Associate to join their team. If you have an eye for detail and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment this is the role for you!

Main Gate Associate Responsibilities:
  • Check cars and trucks leaving the yard; open trunks where necessary
  • Direct visitors to the proper parking areas in the yard
  • Re-direct pedestrians who are lost and asking for directions
  • Report any suspicious activity happening on the premises to the on-duty supervisor
  • Receive road-pull tickets and vehicle travellers from haul-away drivers leaving the yard
  • Enter data from the pull ticket onto a log sheet
  • Input the data into the computer
  • Respond to telephone, e-mail and in-person inquiries from internal and external contacts
  • Perform other duties as assigned

Main Gate Qualifications:
  • High school diploma, or equivalent
  • Minimum 1 year data entry experience
  • Basic level of proficiency with MS Word, Excel and e-mail required; experience learning and adapting to new computer systems and software programs
  • Valid full G driver’s license with an acceptable driving record
  • Satisfactory Criminal Record Check

Employment Details:
  • Incumbent works on their own in a small heated/air-conditioned building; there is some exposure to outside weather conditions year-round
  • There is a low degree of lifting and carrying of paperwork and other materials
  • Pay Rate - $17.50
Shifts - Monday - Friday 6 am - 2:30 pm
            Monday - Friday 2:30 pm - 11 pm
            Saturday 6 am - 2:30 pm
            Saturday 2:30 pm - 11 pm
