TalentWorld is recruiting a CDL Driver in East Winnipeg, Manitoba as one of our partners.

- Drive our 24-foot box truck to complete daily local delivery routes safely and on schedule.
- Provide friendly, professional service during customer deliveries, acting as the face of our company.
- Load and unload the truck, ensuring goods are secured for transport.
- Assist with core warehouse duties including receiving shipments, organizing inventory, and maintaining a clean work area.
- Perform pre- and post-trip vehicle inspections and basic maintenance reporting.
- Balance effectively between driving assignments and supporting the warehouse team.
- High school graduate (Grade 12); post-secondary in Logistics/Supply Chain is an asset.
- Valid Class 5 driver’s license and clean driver’s abstract.
- Solid 5+ years driving experience, including 2+ years in a 24-ft box truck or similar.
- 1+ year of customer service experience; able to lift heavy items, work safely, and interact professionally.
- Familiar with driving within the City of Winnipeg and surrounding areas.
- Experience with delivery routing software and basic WMS/handheld scanners.
- Forklift certification is an asset.
- Steel-toe boots and own transportation are required.
- Able to lift a minimum of 50 lbs unassisted, work safely, and interact professionally.
- Able to pass a background check and provide 2–3 professional references.
- Able to pass a medical evaluation.
- Work schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM.
- Available to start May 2026.
- Schedule: 8:00AM to 4:30PM, Monday to Friday
- Location: East Winnipeg, Manitoba
- Type: Permanent full-time
- Hours: minimum 40 hours per week
