TalentWorld is partnering with a well-established and growing commercial real estate organization in Halifax seeking an experienced Commercial Leasing Agent to join its high-performing team. As Commercial Leasing Agent, you’ll be responsible for leasing commercial properties, managing client relationships, generating new business, and collaborating closely with marketing and commercial teams to maximize exposure and results. What You’ll Do

• Generate and respond to leasing inquiries to build a strong pipeline
• Identify new leasing opportunities through cold calling, networking, advertising, and targeted outreach
• Prepare and present leasing services to new and existing clients
• Conduct property tours and negotiate lease terms
• Maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients and business partners
• Collaborate with commercial and marketing teams to align strategy and campaigns
• Track activity, prepare reports, and support deal closures to meet targets
• Stay informed on market trends and industry conditions
• Attend industry events, trade shows, and networking functions

What You Bring

• 5+ years of experience in sales, business development, communications, or commercial real estate
• Business degree or diploma from an accredited university or college
• Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office and related software
• Confident, outgoing personality with exceptional customer service skills
• Self-motivated, organized, and able to manage multiple priorities independently
• Strong relationship-building, communication, and negotiation skills
• Professional presence in one-on-one and group settings

• The typical hiring range for this position is $55,000 - $65,000 per year. The salary will be determined based on your knowledge, skills and competencies, and you'll have room to grow after you join!
