The System Administrator is responsible for ensuring the reliability, performance, and security of enterprise IT systems across on-premises and cloud environments. This role supports daily infrastructure operations, incident management, and system optimization within a dynamic and data center–driven environment.

- Manage day-to-day system operations, incidents, and service requests
- Monitor and optimize system performance and availability
- Troubleshoot server, network, and infrastructure issues
- Implement system updates, patches, and improvements
- Ensure security, reliability, and compliance with IT standards
- Participate in on-call rotation and after-hours support
- 2+ year of experience in system administration or a similar role
- Strong knowledge of Windows and/or Linux environments
- Experience with Active Directory, server services, and virtualization
- Good understanding of networking, security, and cloud platforms
- Strong problem-solving and organizational skills
Advanced knowledge in at least three (3) of the following areas:
- Windows / Linux server management, including shell scripting
- Active Directory (scripting, GPOs, migrations, sites, access management)
- Server services (DNS, DHCP, DFS, NFS, IIS, RDS, WDS, WSUS, Hyper-V, Virtual Apps, RemoteApps)
- Microsoft SQL Server, Exchange, SharePoint, System Center
- Microsoft Office 365 and cloud services (Exchange, CRM, OneDrive, SharePoint, Teams)
