Senior Accountant
Location: North York (On-Site) | Full-Time

TalentWorld is recruiting a Senior Accountant to own day-to-day accounting operations in a fast-growing retail, e-commerce, and wholesale environment.

As Senior Accountant, you’ll lead month-end and year-end close, manage the general ledger, act as the go-to Microsoft Dynamics NAV expert, and help drive accurate reporting, strong controls, and scalable processes as the business grows.

What You’ll Do

  • Lead monthly, quarterly, and annual close

  • Prepare and review journal entries, accruals, and reconciliations

  • Maintain and reconcile GL accounts in MS Dynamics NAV

  • Analyze P&L results and support management reporting

  • Ensure compliance with ASPE/IFRS and tax filings (HST/GST, WSIB)

  • Support audits and strengthen internal controls

  • Act as the in-house Microsoft Dynamics NAV / Business Central expert

  • Mentor junior team members and support process improvements

What You Bring

  • 3–6 years of progressive accounting experience

  • Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics NAV / Business Central

  • Full-cycle accounting knowledge

  • Advanced Excel / Google Sheets skills

  • Strong attention to detail and communication skills

  • CPA designation (completed or in progress) is a strong asset
