TalentWorld is recruiting a Product Manager in Markham, ON for one of its valued partners.

In this position, you will be responsible for managing the full product lifecycle, supporting product strategy and go-to-market initiatives, and working closely with suppliers and internal teams to ensure products remain competitive, profitable, and aligned with business goals.
Schedule:
Monday to Friday, 9:00 a.m. – 5:30 p.m.

Product Manager Responsibilities:
  • Develop and communicate clear product strategies and roadmaps
  • Conduct market research to analyze trends, competitors, and new opportunities
  • Gather and interpret customer feedback to guide product enhancements
  • Create and lead go-to-market strategies including positioning, pricing, and promotions
  • Prepare sales enablement materials such as presentations, datasheets, and case studies
  • Support product training, pre-launch activities, and internal rollouts
  • Define, track, and report on key product performance metrics including revenue, margin, and adoption
  • Use data and analytics tools to evaluate product performance and recommend improvements
  • Manage the full product lifecycle from concept through launch and phase-out
  • Stay informed on industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitive offerings
  • Work with suppliers and manufacturers to source and support new products
  • Collaborate with customer support teams to address product-related issues
Product Manager Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in business or a related field
  • More than 5 years of product management experience
  • Experience in consumer electronics or related industries is preferred
  • Strong understanding of product strategy, market analysis, and lifecycle management
  • Proficiency with Excel, ERP systems, and data analysis tools
  • Excellent communication, coordination, and organizational skills
  • Native Mandarin speaker with fluent English
