Location: Burnaby, BC
Schedule: Full-time | Monday to Friday | 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM
Work Model: On-site

About the Role:
We are looking for an Accounts Payable & Office Coordinator to play a key role in supporting our finance and day-to-day office operations. This position is primarily focused on Accounts Payable and accounting-related work, with additional administrative and reception support as part of a collaborative team environment.

This role is well-suited for someone who enjoys working with numbers, values accuracy and organization, and is comfortable supporting both accounting functions and general office needs.

What You’ll Be Doing
Accounts Payable & Accounting Responsibilities

• Process and review accounts payable transactions with accuracy and attention to detail
• Verify invoices, purchase orders, and supporting documentation
• Communicate with vendors to respond to inquiries and help resolve discrepancies
• Prepare and process payments via cheque, EFT, or wire transfer
• Maintain organized and up-to-date financial records
• Support month-end activities, reconciliations, and general accounting tasks
• Assist with reporting and audit preparation as required

Office & Administrative Support
• Provide reception coverage and greet visitors as needed
• Answer and route incoming calls and emails
• Assist with data entry, filing, and document management
• Support scheduling, meeting coordination, and office organization

What We’re Looking For
• Experience in Accounts Payable and/or accounting
• Education or training in Accounting, Finance, or a related field is considered an asset
• Familiarity with accounting or ERP systems such as QuickBooks, Sage, SAP, or NetSuite
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Clear, professional written and verbal communication
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work to deadlines

Compensation & Benefits
• Competitive compensation based on experience. The typical hiring range for this position is $25 to $28 per hour. The salary will be determined based on your knowledge, skills and competencies.
