TalentWorld is recruiting a Senior Financial Analyst in Ontario for one of its valued partners. This organization operates across the province and is recognized for its strong financial governance, operational discipline, and commitment to data-driven decision-making.

In this position, you will act as a trusted financial business partner to operational and leadership teams across Ontario, supporting budgeting, forecasting, KPI development, pricing strategy, and financial analysis. You will directly contribute to improved decision-making, cost efficiency, and financial performance through accurate reporting, insightful analysis, and strategic recommendations.

Senior Financial Analyst Responsibilities
  • Act as a financial business partner to operational leaders and internal departments across Ontario
  • Build, analyze, and present KPIs to support performance management and executive decision-making
  • Review and analyze monthly financial results in collaboration with the month-end and accounting teams
  • Support the annual budgeting and forecasting processes for provincial operations
  • Prepare detailed financial analyses, business cases, and data-driven recommendations
  • Support pricing strategy, RFP submissions, and cost and profitability analysis
  • Manage financial support for acquisitions, labor modeling, and client invoice reconciliations
  • Prepare weekly, monthly, and ad-hoc financial reports for leadership and stakeholders
Senior Financial Analyst Qualifications
  • University degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline
  • CPA designation required
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in a financial analyst or FP&A role
  • Advanced Excel skills and strong experience with Power BI
  • Proven ability to analyze large data sets and drive process improvement
  • Strong business acumen, organizational skills, and ability to manage competing priorities
  • Bilingual in English and French is considered an asset
