Monday to Friday Day Shift with flexible hours and staggered start times
Weekends as needed
What’s in it for you:
- $32.00–$40.00 per hour, with overtime available

- Set up and operate CNC milling machines and lathes using digital files, drawings, or sample parts
- Program and run CNC equipment efficiently to meet production targets
- Operate multiple machines simultaneously to maximize throughput
- Troubleshoot and resolve production issues as they arise
- Collaborate with maintenance and tool room teams to support equipment reliability
- Maintain quality standards and adherence to specifications
- Experience programming and operating CNC machines
- Proficiency with CAD/CAM software (Mastercam experience preferred)
- Experience with HAAS automation controls and Heidenhain controls
- Knowledge of conversational machine programming
- Strong problem-solving and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
- Commitment to producing quality work in a safe, team-oriented environment
