TalentWorld is recruiting an Automotive Service Technician (310S) in Barrie, ON for one of its valued partners.

In this position, you will be responsible for diagnosing, maintaining, and repairing vehicles in a dealership environment, supporting both customer service and internal vehicle needs, directly contributing to the success and operations of our partner company.
Afternoon / Evening Shift / Schedule:
Monday to Thursday, 3:00 PM – 12:00 AM
Rotating Saturday shift (1 in 8), 8:00 AM – 2:00 PM

Automotive Service Technician Responsibilities:

Diagnose, maintain, and repair vehicles with accuracy and quality

Work on a mix of customer vehicles (approximately 30%) and internal inventory (approximately 70%)

Perform preventative maintenance and ensure manufacturer standards are met

Collaborate with a skilled service team in a fast-paced dealership environment

Participate in ongoing dealership and manufacturer training

Contribute to a positive, safety-focused workplace culture
Automotive Service Technician Qualifications:
- Licensed 310S Automotive Service Technician
- Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Commitment to quality workmanship and customer satisfaction
- Comfortable working an afternoon and evening shift schedule
