- Manage end-to-end purchasing activities, from sourcing suppliers to issuing purchase orders
- Review quotes, analyze options, and secure competitive pricing
- Build and maintain strong vendor relationships
- Monitor order status, follow up on deliveries, and resolve discrepancies
- Maintain accurate inventory levels and purchasing records
- Update supplier information, pricing, lead times, and stock codes
- Collaborate with internal teams to support production and operations
- Contribute to process improvements and purchasing procedures
- Ensure purchasing activities align with organizational standards
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent procurement experience in technology refurbishment
- Strong understanding of purchasing procedures and inventory control
- Experience with purchasing systems and Microsoft Office, including Excel
- Strong negotiation, communication, and organizational skills
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and meet deadlines
