Join us as a Tool Crib Attendant and keep our operations running smoothly! TalentWorld is looking for a Tool Crib Attendant for one of their evolving global manufacturing clients in Guelph. Our client is looking for candidates who are willing to learn, work well in a team and independently, and are always up for a challenge! 

 

Tool Crib Attendant Responsibilities: 

  • Responsible for maintaining the necessary inventory levels of manufacturing supplies and tools to support production needs
  • Collect, store, and issue hand tools, machine tools, parts, dies, measuring devices and other equipment and components
  • Responsible for parts storage integrity. Maintain records of withdrawals and returns of tooling; responsible for maintaining stock levels and reordering supplies
  • Responsible for IFS cycle counts and inventory audits
  • Maintain clean workspace

 

Tool Crib Attendant Qualifications: 

  • Successful completion of Secondary School or equivalent education
  • Previous experience in a tool crib environment is an asset.
  • Knowledge of machining components is an asset
  • Must be well organized and can deal with frequent interruptions; be flexible and adaptable to ever-changing priorities.
  • Ability to work continental shifts. 
  • Strong communication skills are a must

 

Employment Details: 

Pay: $19/hr
Schedule: Night Shift Sunday - Thursday, training on the day shift
Location: Guelph, ON
