Reporting to senior leadership, you will provide strategic and operational oversight for patient transport services, leading teams, optimizing service delivery, and ensuring compliance with healthcare and transportation standards. This is a senior leadership role where you will drive performance, strengthen partnerships, and improve patient transportation outcomes at scale.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide strategic leadership for patient transport services, ensuring high standards of safety, accessibility, and service excellence
  • Oversee daily operations of non-emergency medical transportation across multiple regions
  • Build and maintain strong partnerships with healthcare providers, government agencies, and community organizations
  • Develop and execute business strategies to improve efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance service delivery
  • Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations, transportation standards, and organizational policies
  • Lead, coach, and mentor a diverse operations team to foster engagement, accountability, and growth
  • Monitor operational performance, financial results, KPIs, and reporting to drive continuous improvement
  • Represent the organization publicly and act as a trusted partner to internal and external stakeholders
Qualifications & Experience:
  • 7+ years of progressive leadership experience in healthcare logistics, patient transportation, or operations management
  • Demonstrated success in operational leadership, strategic planning, and stakeholder engagement
  • Strong financial and business acumen, including experience managing budgets and KPIs
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills
  • Proven ability to lead teams in fast-paced, service-driven environments
