Starting at: $17.60/hr

TalentWorld is currently hiring General Labourers for opportunities in Barrie, ON. We are looking for individuals available for both full-time and on-call/part-time roles to support various warehouse and production operations.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Perform general assembly and production tasks

  • Assist with material handling and movement (lifting 40–50 lbs)

  • Support shipping, receiving, or packaging as needed

  • Maintain a clean and organized work area

  • Follow direction from supervisors and work as part of a team

Requirements:

  • Reliable, punctual, and physically able to lift 40–50 lbs

  • Comfortable working in warehouse or industrial environments

  • Steel-toe safety shoes required

  • Available for full-time hours or on-call (PT) shifts in Barrie

  • Flexibility for different shifts is a plus
