TalentWorld is recruiting a Material Handler II (Licensed) in East Winnipeg, Manitoba for one of our partners.

Responsibilities of Material Handler:
  • Safely operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other equipment to move materials.
  • Accurately pick, pack, ship, receive, and rotate inventory.
  • Use warehouse management systems and SAP for daily transactions and tracking.
  • Follow all safety protocols, including TDG regulations and proper PPE use.
  • Lift up to 50 lbs. and perform production tasks like slitting and pour-downs.
  • Conduct inventory counts and troubleshoot discrepancies or damaged goods.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace.
  • Collaborate effectively with the team and adapt to changing priorities.
Qualifications of Material Handler:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor’s degree in supply chain, Logistics, or Business a plus.
  • Solid 5+ years of hands-on warehouse and inventory management experience.
  • Valid forklift certification required. TDG certification preferred (in-house or at own expense).
  • Proficient in Warehouse Management Systems (WMS). SAP WM/EWM experience asset.
  • You must possess a valid Class 5 driver’s license and have reliable personal transportation.
  • Able to pass a pre-employment background check and medical assessment.
  • Able to lift 50 lbs. and perform physically demanding tasks.
  • Able to provide 2-3 professional references upon request.
  • Must supply and wear CSA-approved safety steel-toe boots.
  • Able to start in February 2026.
Employment Details of Material Handler: 
  • Salary: $21/HR - $23/HR
  • Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM
  • Location: East Winnipeg, Manitoba
  • Type: Temporary to Permanent
  • Hours: 40 hours per week
  • Compensation: Weekly pay
  • Additional Info: Possibility of becoming permanent
