Warehouse Candidate Profile – February Start Date

1. Skills and Experience

  • Material handling experience: Familiarity with forklifts and pallet jacks.

  • Inventory management: Understanding of picking, packing, shipping, receiving, and stock rotation; 10+ years of experience preferred.

  • Technical skills: Experience with warehouse management systems (e.g., SAP) and basic computer skills.

  • Safety knowledge: Awareness of TDG regulations, safe lifting techniques, and PPE requirements. Training can be provided, but existing knowledge is an asset.


2. Physical and Mental Demands

  • Physical fitness: Ability to lift up to 75 lbs, carry materials, and stand for long periods. Able to complete production orders such as slitting and pour downs.

  • Stamina and endurance: Comfortable working with repetitive motions and in varying temperature environments.

  • Attention to detail: Ensures accurate order picking, receiving, and inventory counts.

  • Problem-solving: Capable of troubleshooting issues like missing inventory or damaged goods (7/10 skill level).
