- Accurately mix ingredients in large batches according to specific recipes.
- Monitor product quality and consistency throughout the mixing process.
- Clean, sanitize, and maintain all mixing equipment and your work area.
- Follow all food safety, GMP, and HACCP protocols without exception.
- Assist the team with inventory and meeting daily production targets.
- Report on any equipment or quality issues to your supervisor immediately.
- High school diploma or GED.
- Previous experience in food, beverage, or batch manufacturing (preferred).
- Knowledge of GMP and food safety standards.
- Ability to follow precise recipes and procedures with strong attention to detail.
- Able to lift up to 50 lbs unassisted.
- Able to stand for long periods and perform physically demanding tasks.
- Must have steel-toe boots.
- Able to pass a background check.
- Able to provide 2–3 professional references.
- Preferably have a Class 5 driver’s license and own transportation.
- Able to work Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM.
- Able to start immediately (next business day).
- Reliable, team-oriented, and committed to safety.
Employment Details
- Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:40 PM
- Location: Newmarket, Ontario
- Type: Temporary-to-Permanent (4 months)
- Hours: 40 hours per week
- Compensation: Weekly pay
- Additional Information: Possibility of extension or transition to permanent employment based on performance
