Product Manager

TalentWorld is hiring for our client, a Global Security Leader who is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Product Manager to lead the development, positioning, and lifecycle management of its security systems product portfolio across Canada.

You’ll work collaboratively with sales, operations, and technical teams to optimize product performance, pricing, and go-to-market strategies, while identifying opportunities to stay ahead in a fast-evolving industry.

Reporting to the National Sales Director, the Product Manager will play a key role in defining product strategy, driving growth, and strengthening market presence across Canada.

Product Manager Responsibilities

• Develop and implement pricing strategies tailored to regional markets and customer segments
• Manage product pricing in collaboration with partners and distributors, ensuring internal systems are current and accurate
• Stay up to date on technological advancements, industry standards, regulations, and relevant certifications
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key partners (manufacturers, distributors) through site visits and regular communication
• Represent the company at industry events and trade shows to showcase products and monitor market trends

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in product management within the security systems
• Strong communication skills in both French and English to collaborate effectively across Canada is asset
• Solid understanding of pricing strategies and product lifecycle management
• Experience using Customer Relationship Management (CRM) and inventory management systems
• Strong analytical and data interpretation skills

Employment Details

• Salary: 80 000$ to 110 000$/year
