Sales Representative Responsibilities:
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities by researching and connecting with local businesses, property owners, and organizations that could benefit from the company’s solutions
  • Conduct outbound sales activities through calls, emails, and in-person visits to present products and services, highlighting value propositions and customized benefits
  • Maintain active relationships with clients and prospects to ensure satisfaction, renewals, and upselling opportunities
  • Build long-term partnerships through consistent follow-up, exceptional service, and consultative selling
  • Track all leads, opportunities, and activity within CRM tools, preparing weekly updates on sales performance and pipeline progress
  • Partner with marketing and operations teams to align messaging, share client feedback, and support local growth initiatives
Sales Representative Qualifications:
  • 1–2 years of experience in B2B or B2C sales, customer outreach, or account management (entry-level acceptable)
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage decision-makers confidently
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable using CRM systems and digital tools
  • Proven ability to work independently while meeting performance goals
  • Self-driven, adaptable, and eager to grow within a fast-paced environment
