Automotive Service Technician Responsibilities:

• Diagnose, maintain, and repair vehicles with accuracy and quality
• Work on a mix of customer vehicles (30%) and internal inventory (70%)
• Perform preventative maintenance and ensure manufacturer standards are met
• Collaborate with a skilled service team in a busy dealership environment
• Participate in ongoing dealership and manufacturer training
• Contribute to a positive, safety-first workplace culture

• Comfortable working the afternoon/evening shift schedule

• Full-time, Permanent
• Location: Barrie, ON (South End – High-Profile Dealership)
• Schedule: Monday–Thursday 3:00 PM – 12:00 AM; rotating Saturday shift (1 in 8, 8:00 AM – 2:00 PM)
• Compensation: Competitive flat-rate pay ($38–$47/hr) with strong earning potential
• Benefits: Health & dental coverage, paid training & professional development, $150 annual boot allowance, 3 weeks’ paid vacation
