Junior Business Development Executive Responsibilities:
• Identify and qualify new business opportunities by researching and engaging potential clients
• Build and maintain a profitable customer portfolio through relationship-building and consistent follow-up
• Gain a strong understanding of client needs and business goals to offer tailored solutions
• Respond to sales inquiries, prepare quotes, and source products based on customer requirements and internal guidelines
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve issues, support service quality, and improve customer satisfaction
• Attend client meetings when required, representing the company professionally at all times
• Track leads, opportunities, and daily activity within CRM tools and prepare regular sales updates
• Monitor and report market trends, customer patterns, and competitor activity
• Maintain accurate sales records, customer data, and administrative documentation
• Contribute to account planning and support strategic growth initiatives
Junior Business Development Executive Qualifications:
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Eagerness to learn, take initiative, and grow in a sales environment
• Organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable using CRM systems and MS Office
• Solid problem-solving, time management, and follow-through abilities
• Professional, customer-first mindset with a positive attitude
• Previous experience in sales or customer service is helpful, but not required
