Production, Shipping & Sanitation Roles – Newmarket

Location: Newmarket, ON
Employment Type: Temporary with possibility to become Permanent (Temp-to-Perm)
Pay: $18–22/hour depending on role
Shift: Day shift

Our client in Newmarket is hiring for several hands-on roles to support daily operations. They are looking for reliable, detail-oriented individuals for the following positions:

Open Positions:

  • Production Sanitation Associate – $20/hour
    Maintain clean and safe work areas, sanitize equipment, and support operational safety protocols.

  • Warehouse & Shipping Associate (Forklift Required) – $20–22/hour
    Operate forklifts, pick and prepare orders, manage incoming and outgoing shipments, and maintain accurate records.

  • Batch Production Mixer – $18–20/hour
    Prepare and blend products according to batch specifications, monitor processes for consistency, and maintain clean work areas.

What You’ll Do:

  • Support daily operations in a busy, hands-on environment.

  • Follow safety and operational protocols.

  • Collaborate with your team to meet daily targets.

  • Maintain a safe, organized, and efficient workspace.

Qualifications:

  • Experience in operations, batch production, warehouse, or similar roles preferred.

  • Forklift certification required for Warehouse & Shipping Associate role.

  • Knowledge of food handling and safety protocols is a strong asset.

  • Detail-oriented, reliable, and team-focused.

  • Comfortable with hands-on physical work, including lifting, standing, and moving materials.
