Responsibilities
  • Assemble products and components according to blueprints and instructions.
  • Use hand and power tools to position, align, and fasten parts.
  • Inspect all work for quality and adherence to specifications.
  • Operate automated assembly equipment as needed.
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and organized workstation using 5S principles.
  • Collaborate with the team to meet production goals and improve processes.

Qualifications
  • High School Diploma or GED.
  • 1-2 years of experience in production, assembly, or hands-on role.
  • Strong math skills for accurate measuring and calculation.
  • Basic computer skills for accessing work orders and systems.
  • Able to lift 50 lbs unassisted and stand for 8-hour shifts.
  • Valid Class 5 Driver's License and own reliable transportation.
  • Ability to start immediately (next business day).
  • Ability to pass a criminal record check.
  • Ability to provide 2-3 professional references.
  • Must have own required PPE (Personal Protective Equipment), including steel toe safety boots.
  • Proven skill to read blueprints and use hand/power tools.
  • Strong attention to detail and teamwork skills.

Employment Details
  • Schedule:
  • Day Shift - Monday to Thursday, 6:00AM to 4:30 PM - $18.50/HR
  • Afternoon Shift - Monday to Thursday, 4:00PM to 2:30AM - $19.00/HR
  • Location: Bradford, Ontario
  • Type: Temporary to Permanent role.
  • Hours: 40 hours per week
  • Compensation: Weekly pay
