Responsibilities
- Assemble products and components according to blueprints and instructions.
- Use hand and power tools to position, align, and fasten parts.
- Inspect all work for quality and adherence to specifications.
- Operate automated assembly equipment as needed.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized workstation using 5S principles.
- Collaborate with the team to meet production goals and improve processes.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED.
- 1-2 years of experience in production, assembly, or hands-on role.
- Strong math skills for accurate measuring and calculation.
- Basic computer skills for accessing work orders and systems.
- Able to lift 50 lbs unassisted and stand for 8-hour shifts.
- Valid Class 5 Driver's License and own reliable transportation.
- Ability to start immediately (next business day).
- Ability to pass a criminal record check.
- Ability to provide 2-3 professional references.
- Must have own required PPE (Personal Protective Equipment), including steel toe safety boots.
- Proven skill to read blueprints and use hand/power tools.
- Strong attention to detail and teamwork skills.
Employment Details
- Schedule:
- Day Shift - Monday to Thursday, 6:00AM to 4:30 PM - $18.50/HR
- Afternoon Shift - Monday to Thursday, 4:00PM to 2:30AM - $19.00/HR
