TalentWorld is recruiting a Administrative Coordinator (Engineering) in Vancouver, British Columbia for one of our clients.

Responsibilities
  • Communicate with clients and gather project requirements.
  • Assist in proposal preparation and tracking.
  • Support project tasks and client coordination.
  • Schedule inspections and site visits.
  • Manage client surveys and questionnaires.
  • Prepare reports and presentations.
  • Maintain CRM system and generate reports.
  • Manage calendars and scheduling.
  • Address stakeholder needs and resolve issues.
  • Provide general administrative support.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in business administration or related field, with a focus on engineering or construction management preferred.
  • 3-5 years of administrative assistant experience, ideally within the engineering or construction sector.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) and Adobe Acrobat.
  • Experience using calendar management and scheduling software, such as Microsoft Outlook.
  • Familiarity with CRM software, particularly Insightly or similar platforms.
  • Exceptional organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in all aspects of work.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, for effective interaction with stakeholders.
  • Proven capability to anticipate needs and proactively address potential issues.
Employment Details
  • Salary: $25.00HR
  • Benefits: 40 hours weekly, Contract, Full-time, Onsite
  • Schedule: 8:00AM to 5:00PM, Monday to Friday
  • Other: 6 months contract, possibility of extension and becoming permanent. Career growth
