Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough assessments of patients' physical conditions and medical histories.
- Develop personalized treatment plans based on assessment findings and patients' goals.
- Administer physiotherapy interventions such as manual therapy, exercise programs, and modalities.
- Collaborate closely with healthcare professionals for coordinated patient care.
- Educate patients on self-management techniques and injury prevention.
- Maintain accurate patient records and communicate effectively.
- Participate in professional development activities.
- Contribute to clinic growth initiatives.
- Adhere to ethical standards and professional guidelines.
- Bachelor's degree in Physiotherapy or related field from an accredited institution.
- Registration (member in good standing) with the Provincial College of Physical Therapists of BC (CPTBC).
- Certification as a Registered Physiotherapist (RPT) in British Columbia.
- Strong clinical skills and experience treating clients in an outpatient setting preferred.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work collaboratively with others.
- Demonstrated commitment to post-graduate professional development.
- Adherence to professional standards and ethical conduct as outlined by regulatory bodies.
- Flexibility to accommodate varying work schedules and caseload demands.
- Effective time management and organizational skills.
- Empathy, compassion, and a genuine desire to help others achieve their rehabilitation goals.
- Salary: $40.00HR - $80.00HR
