- Provide timely response to production staff inquiries, swiftly identifying and resolving issues.
- Participate in proactive maintenance efforts, enhancing operational efficiency.
- Utilize drawings, blueprints, schematics, and electrical code specifications to guide industrial electrical equipment installations.
- Perform installation, inspection, replacement, and repair of electrical components, wiring, and fixtures.
- Execute testing and maintenance procedures on electrical and electronic equipment to ensure optimal performance.
- Troubleshoot, rectify and upkeep various electrical control systems and associated devices.
- Maintain a current Ontario Industrial Electrician License.
- College Degree in a technical discipline, preference for electrical, computer, or electronics fields.
- Accumulate 5 years of relevant industrial experience or completion of an Apprenticeship program in Canada.
- Display expertise in installation and programming, particularly focusing on VFD drives, servo drives, PLC controlled Automation, motor control circuits, and industrial instrumentation.
- Exhibit a comprehensive grasp of the Ontario Electrical Code.
- Demonstrate exceptional troubleshooting abilities and a proactive problem-solving approach.
