TalentWorld is recruiting a Payroll Specialist for one of its valued partners in Toronto.
Bring your payroll and accounts payable experience to a growing retail organization where you'll support accurate payroll processing, vendor payments, and day-to-day financial operations.

  • The typical hiring range for this position is $60,000 to $65,000 per year and is specific to candidates located in Ontario. The salary will be determined based on your knowledge, skills and competencies, and you’ll have room to grow after you join! Payroll Specialist Responsibilities:

  • Process employee payroll accurately and on time using ADP

  • Review timesheets, payroll adjustments, deductions, and employee records

  • Process vendor invoices, payments, and account reconciliations

  • Maintain accurate payroll and accounts payable records

  • Assist with month-end reporting and resolve discrepancies

Payroll Specialist Qualifications:

  • Hands-on ADP payroll experience required

  • 2–4 years of payroll and accounts payable experience

  • Experience with Microsoft Excel and accounting software

  • Experience with Microsoft Dynamics NAV considered an asset

  • Strong attention to detail, organization, and time-management skills

  • Ability to handle confidential financial and employee information
