Ramping up from 0 to 200 temp staff is not an easy task to handle for a big TA team, let alone a small one! This client came to us to be their Managed Service Provider (MSP) to help manage their entire workforce from recruitment, onboarding and training to payroll and scheduling.

As lockdowns eased, our client had an immediate need for Customer Service Reps that could work 12-hour shifts.
