TalentWorld’s National Perm Director, Amanda Anderson, Wins ACSESS Recruiter of the Year Award (Ontario)

3-minute read

We are delighted to announce that Amanda Anderson, our National Perm Director, has been awarded the Recruiter of the Year award at the 2024 ACSESS Annual Conference.

This award recognizes recruiters who consistently go above and beyond in developing and maintaining exceptional relationships with clients and talent alike. Recipients of this award have a proven track record of orchestrating memorable events on a consistent basis for their customers and talent throughout the entire recruitment and placement process.

We can think of no one more deserving of this award than our very own Amanda Anderson who is the true embodiment of what TalentWorld stands for when we say we want to put depth back into an industry that has become about speed and automation.

Where it all started...

Amanda has been at TalentWorld since before it was even called that. She started her career at our organization over twenty years ago and has stayed with us through mergers and acquisitions.

Though her role has changed since then, she now leads TalentWorld’s permanent placement recruiting nationally and helps train our recruiters in candidate attraction and sourcing best practices.

Exceptional client relations

Amanda is known for her strong client-relations. Once she has a client, they never leave her because she truly becomes an extension of their team and treats them with the attention and care that they deserve.

Though I am sure you already know what a STAR you have in Amanda Anderson, I wanted to let you know that she does such an amazing job for us. It has now been months of working closely with her and she truly has become an extension to the team. She is diligent, communicative, and tenacious in her efforts and it is so appreciated. I have and will continue to recommend her and TalentWorld to my network.

-A very happy TalentWorld client

Exceptional candidate relations

Amanda has been running a full 360 perm desk all by herself for the past few years and over-delivered her target year after year. In the past 2 years alone, Amanda has made over 250 successful permanent placements, with both the client and candidates satisfied with the fit.

She is one of our top recruiters because she truly cares. She takes the time to get to know her candidates on a deeper level to uncover their skills and place them in roles that will help them grow in their careers.

Happy to have met TalentWorld and coached by Amanda. She helped me every step of the way get the career I truly wanted. Always helpful. I refer and recommend her services.

Going forward...

This award is one of our growing list of accolades and recognitions from professional organizations, including most recently our nominations for the Canadian Staffing Industry Achievement Award (Large Company) at the 2024 Canadian Staffing Summit and HR Leader of the Year for our National Vice President, Tracy Rocca, at the 2023 Canadian HR Awards.

Moving forward, TalentWorld is committed to continuing to provide exceptional service to both our clients and candidates. We congratulate Amanda on her success this year and cannot wait to see what is in store for her and the rest of our team in the future.
